#KYB2:
Unlike a standard user, a business user will have to upgrade to KYB level 2 in order to perform operations.
This level will allow him to have a maximum balance of €10,000,000 on his electronic wallet.
For this, the user must provide, in addition to the information entered when creating his account, the following documents and information:
1. The nationality of the legal representative of the company
2. The physical address of the company
3. An IBAN from a valid bank account
4. A Kbis less than 3 months old
5. Proof of identity of the legal representative of the company
– his identity card
- his passport
– his license (new generation)
– a French residence permit.
6. Proof of the IBAN entered.
The document must contain the following mandatory information:
– The identification of the holder.
– Identification of the financial institution guaranteeing the accounts.
– The name of the bank and the name of the branch where the account is domiciled.
7. A document attesting to the status of the company
8. A business accounting report
It is also possible to provide other documents instead of the Kbis, when the latter is not available, depending on the entity:
Association :
– extract from the Official Journal noting its declaration in the prefecture
– minutes of the last General Assembly mentioning the members of the Bureau or any other similar management body
– statutes of the association (Delegation of power signed by the President)
Social and Economic Committee (CSE):
– INSEE sheet,
– Extract from the minutes of the elections of the members of the committee
– Copy of the meeting minutes designating the members in charge of managing the API-Money account.
Tradesmen and liberal professions:
– D1P of the trades directory (<3 months)
Union or professional organization:
– INSEE sheet,
– Extract from the minutes of the elections of the members of the office
– Copy of the meeting minutes designating the members in charge of managing the API-Money account. or delegation of power
Legal person under public law:
– INSEE sheet,
– Deed of appointment (decree, order, or other) or delegation of power or any other document justifying the power of the legal representative accepting the T&Cs.
– Copy of decision or deliberation authorizing the opening of the API-Money account
